COMMITMENT TO COPYRIGHT

SUBMITTING A COPYRIGHT NOTICE
Email Contact@asyncatlas.com with:
• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• The URL of the material you allege is infringing.
• Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email.
• A good-faith statement that the disputed use is unauthorised.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorised to act.
COUNTER-NOTICE PROCEDURE
If your content was removed and you believe this was mistaken or misidentified, email Contact@asyncatlas.com with:
• Your physical or electronic signature.
• A description of the removed content and its previous location.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was mistaken or misidentified.
• Your name, address, phone, and email, plus consent to jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.
We will forward your counter-notice to the complainant. Unless they file a court action within ten business days, we may restore the content.
REPEAT INFRINGEMENT
Accounts subject to multiple valid DMCA notices may be suspended or terminated.
POLICY CHANGES
We may amend this DMCA Policy at any time. Posting the updated policy makes it effective.
